Identity Manager - Irving, TX (GC or Citizens) – Contract

• Background verification (BGV) will be completed for selected candidates

• Resolves operational or technical support issues, downtimes, application problems, and facilitates resolution in technical areas
• Provides frontline support as part of project go-live, working with customers to support end users
• Act as or support identity management related activities and related IT processes
• Work with ticketing tools like Service Now

• 6+ years of hands-on CA Identity Manager, Directory Services
• Experience with companion technologies such as CA Single Sign-On / Site Minder and CA Advanced Authentication
• Experience with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Power Shell, etc.
• Hands-on experience with JBoss or Apache Application servers
• Experience with MSSQL, Exchange and Active Directory
• Experience configuring Access workflows
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients and partners
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
