• Device Management
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Configuration Manager (CM) for Windows device lifecycle management.
  • Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, device configuration profiles, and security baselines.
  • Support and optimize hybrid Azure AD joined and cloud native devices.
• Application Deployment
  • Package, deploy, and update Win
    32, line-of-business, and Microsoft Store applications using Intune.
  • Manage application assignments, delivery optimization, and versioning.
  • Resolve application deployment and installation failures.
• OS Deployment & Autopilot
  • Configure and maintain OSD and zero‑touch deployment processes.
  • Support provisioning packages and modern imaging strategies.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable device setup experiences.
• Security & Compliance
  • Implement and maintain system policies.
  • Configure Bit Locker, Defender settings, endpoint protection, and firewall policies.
  • Ensure devices meet organizational compliance and audit requirements.
• Troubleshooting & Support
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for CM, Windows endpoint issues, and policy conflicts.
  • Diagnose client health issues using logs, Endpoint analytics, and monitoring tools.
  • Work with cross functional teams to improve device reliability and performance.
• Automation & Reporting
  • Automate Intune tasks using Power Shell and other automation tools as required.
  • Create and maintain reports for compliance, device inventory, and deployment status.

• Hands‑on experience managing CM in a medium to large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and security baselines.
• Experience with Win
  32 app packaging and modern app deployment methods.
• Proficiency with Power Shell scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, security, and troubleshooting.
• Relevant certifications (MD102, MS102, AZ104) are a plus.
