Project Manager; AI​/ML Programs

Location and Availability

Irving, TX. Onsite: 2–3 days per week required.

2 internal rounds + 1 client round, then offer. FAST process.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact AI and Machine Learning initiatives within a large enterprise financial services environment. This is not a generic PM role. The ideal candidate has real exposure to AI/ML delivery, understands data and model life cycles, and can confidently manage cross-functional engineering teams while interacting directly with executive stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role with strong leadership exposure and a fast-moving hiring process.

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and Data Engineering programs
• Drive delivery from requirements through deployment
• Manage cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Engineering teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery velocity
• Translate technical discussions into clear business updates
• Own stakeholder communication and client alignment
• Manage risks, timelines, and delivery outcomes

• 8–12+ years Project/Program Management experience
• Strong understanding of ML lifecycle and data workflows
• Exposure to Python within AI/Data projects
• Microsoft Copilot experience (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and executive presence

• Consulting or services background
• Experience managing fixed-price or outcome-based delivery models
• Strong Jira and reporting experience

• C2C allowed
• H1B acceptable
• GC must be genuine
• No restrictions

• Strong communication is non-negotiable
• Copilot experience must be clearly visible on resume
• Must be comfortable onsite in Irving 2–3 days weekly
