HYBRID ROLES IN IRVING, TX - REMOTE OPTION NOT AVAILABLE

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our background screening operations, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and exceptional support for our HR systems.

Hybrid Roles in Irving, TX

Duration: 3+ months with possibility of longer term extensions

Pay Rate: $60/hr on W2

What You’ll Do:

Manage and support industry-leading background check platforms such as Cisive, Sterling Talent Solutions, Hire Right, First Advantage, Checkr, Intelli Corp, Clear Star, True Screen, Good Hire, People Trust, Accurate Background, or Global Verification Network.

Serve as the key point of contact for all I-9 and background check inquiries—partnering with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant onboarding solutions.

Implement and oversee the background check workflow within Workday HR systems, ensuring smooth integration and ongoing support.

Collaborate with business leaders to define requirements, translate complex compliance needs into actionable plans, and drive successful vendor execution.

Coordinate with third-party vendors to scope, communicate, and monitor solution performance, acting as the primary liaison throughout projects.

Lead and participate in testing initiatives: create, review, and manage test cases; coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders; ensure all updates are thoroughly validated before launch.

Guarantee vendor changes are systematically tested and updated to meet compliance and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Deep hands‑on expertise supporting and managing background check vendor platforms.

Experience implementing background check solutions for onboarding via Workday or similar HR systems.

Proven track record as a main contact and liaison for I-9 and background check business stakeholders.

Experience in requirements gathering, business process communication, and vendor management.

Experience coordinating testing activities, including UAT and quality assurance, for background check solutions.

Commitment to compliance, stakeholder engagement, and delivering effective, performance‑driven results.
