IT Support Specialist & Technical Account Manager (MSP)

We specialize in high-demand industries like healthcare and retail, with major clients relying on us to keep mission-critical systems secure and connected. Our operations are powered by Connect Wise, so prior experience with Connect Wise Manage is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Be DoingThis is a client-facing, non-sales position focused on service delivery, client satisfaction, and proactive IT planning. You’ll serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their environments are secure, up-to-date, and fully supported.
- Act as the go-to liaison for your assigned accounts
- Oversee hardware/software refreshes and IT asset life cycles
- Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, troubleshooting, and user needs
- Coordinate vendor relationships and procurement
- Partner with internal engineers to ensure consistent service delivery
- Assist with IT planning, including cloud migrations and cybersecurity upgrades
- Maintain organized client data and activities in Connect Wise Manage
- You’ve worked in an MSP environment and thrive in fast-paced, client-driven settings
- You’re detail-oriented and great at juggling multiple priorities
- You have a strong foundation in Microsoft 365, cloud technologies (especially Azure), and IT infrastructure
- You’re a communicator—keeping both clients and engineers aligned and in the loop
- You solve problems before they escalate and take ownership of outcomes
- 2+ years in an MSP, IT account management, or service delivery role
- Experience managing IT assets, vendor coordination, and licensing
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (licensing, admin, troubleshooting)
- Comfortable working in Connect Wise Manage or similar CRM/ticketing platforms
- Degree is a plus, but hands-on MSP experience carries the most weight
- Base salary: $100K–$115K+, depending on experience
