ISO Program Manager – Security & Compliance

Overview

Inte Pros is seeking an experienced ISO 27001 Program Manager to support the Foundational Services organization as the internal security and compliance subject matter expert. This role owns the end-to-end ISO 27001 certification lifecycle, including defining the Information Security Management System (ISMS), managing audit documentation and evidence, coordinating internal and external audits, and tracking milestones to ensure readiness. The position blends independent, heads-down documentation work with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting, helping strengthen compliance practices and support growing B2B operations.

• Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• No overtime, weekend, or holiday schedule
• Work allocation:
• 60% heads-down documentation and audit preparation
• 30% collaborative team work
• 10% meetings

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for ISO 27001
• Define and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) framework
• Manage required certification documentation and audit evidence

• Lead ISO 27001 audit preparation
• Perform gap analysis
• Assist with internal audits
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Track milestones and manage the audit lifecycle
• Perform post-certification audit maintenance

• Create and maintain ISO documentation
• Provide regular progress reporting
• Develop dashboards and updates for leadership

• Coordinate with AB teams and SDO teams on conformity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove blockers
• Participate in team meetings

• Experience completing multiple ISO 27001 certifications
• Program management experience with ability to deliver independently
• Experience in ISO 9001 certification preferred

• Strong communication skills

• ISO 27001 certification required
• Approximately 7–10 years of ISO 27001 certification experience
• Program management background
• Technical/PM background

• Demonstrated ownership of certification efforts
• Clear examples of independent program delivery
• Specific, outcome-based accomplishments rather than general responsibilities
