ROLE: QA Lead

• Dev Ops:
  Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, Git
• Scripting:
  Python, Perl, Shell/Bash
• Automation Tools & Frameworks: TOSCA, Selenium Web Driver (Python/Java), Playwright, JMeter, Postman, TestNG, Cucumber, JBehave, Appium
• Software Testing: UAT, E2E Testing, API testing (Postman), Digital Apps & DB testing (SQL Queries)

• Lead the QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues
• Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams
• Schedule and lead daily sync-ups with offshore teams
• Ensure timely communication of requirements, priorities, and feedback
• Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and support as needed
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test plans, and defect reports
• Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders
• Track and report key QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, automation progress)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6 years of experience in QA with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java/Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams

• Quality Assurance Leadership
• Automation Testing – Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools
• Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analysis of test results and defect resolution in collaboration with development teams
• Offshore Coordination – primary contact between onshore and offshore QA teams, scheduling sync‑ups, communication, and performance monitoring
• Documentation Reporting – comprehensive test documentation, QA status updates, and key metric reporting

• Automated QA – Test Complete
