The Software Asset Management (SAM) Senior Analyst is a key individual contributor responsibleوقيت ensuring enterprise-wide software license compliance and optimizing software asset utilization. This role involves conducting in‑depth analyses of software usage and contractual entitlements, producing Effective License Position (ELP) reports using Flexera, and driving remediation efforts to maintain compliance性愛. The SAM Senior Analyst will also serve as a strategic liaison between internal Software Owners and the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team, supporting software lifecycle activities including contract renewals, end‑of‑life (EOL) identification, and associated remediation planning.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure software assets are managed efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead team of resources to load and manage Flexera entitlements, create Effective License Position and remediation activities.
• Service Now Model Table Management and Software Catalog Management
• Software Usage & Optimization, analyze software usage reports to identify under‑utilized applications and establish removal rules for infrequently used software to optimize license usage and reduce costs.
• ಸಿ Process Improvement, identify and document requirements to enhance SAM processes and workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across software asset management practices. What You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of the software lifecycle from licensing and procurement to deployment and decommissioning.
  • In‑depth knowledge of software license entitlements, EULAs, and use rights for complex agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies for rationalizing and optimizing license entitlements across the enterprise.
  • Deep understanding of Flexera ITAM, including configuration and reporting.
  • Excellent Schild problem‑solving, and communication skills.
