Base pay range$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Position Title: IT help Desk Support
Location: Irving, Tx
Assignment: 6-month Contract to hire
Work Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm CST, On-site
Our client is looking to bring on a couple of Help Desk candidates from a Tier I‑Tier II perspective. This team helps support 300+ users across their environment ranging from corporate business users to field support who come from a similar background. Here they support an average of 30‑50 tickets a week providing top quality customer service. Support experience within O365 (MS Office, AD, Outlook, etc.),
Windows, VPNs. Any experience with OSPF layers or certifications within Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) and/or CompTIA A+ would be a plus.
