• Interface with clients and stakeholders on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery.
• Create functional specifications, requirements, and scopes to guide product or program decisions.
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Lead program meetings, translate ideas into actionable plans, and track progress.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level updates, reports, and presentations.

• Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills for executive-level communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
• Basic working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops to manage program work items.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in ambiguity.
• Strong communication and follow‑through skills to drive cross‑functional execution.
