** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead production and inventory improvement initiatives using structured project management practices
* Maintain accurate and aligned transactional data across inventory systems (Command, SAP)
* Analyze inventory processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
* Collaborate with global and local teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows and deliver actionable solutions
* Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives, including robotic process automation (RPA)
** What Are We Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in process optimization, operations, business management and SAP rollouts
* Proficiency in software tools, including SAP MM and Microsoft Excel required
* Industry experience in heavy building materials; experience with ready-mix, aggregates, or hot-mix asphalt is a plus
