This team is the enablement pillar, responsible for initial prototyping and POC’s before passing production work to the production team. Candidates must have solid GenAI experience, a comprehensive view of the SDLC, cloud platform expertise, containerization, Docker, service orchestration, and testing, as well as Java and Python skills. The role involves leading or participating in complex initiatives, assuring quality, security, and compliance, serving as a technical resource for software solutions, evaluating user needs, and providing technical support and consultation.
Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs using Agile practices; participating in compliance and risk management; conducting research and recommending process improvements; and collaborating with peers to resolve issues.
- 4+ years of specialty software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and GenAI development
- Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of the entire SDLC, security, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range is $81.90 – $83.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits may change and may be subject to specific elections or program terms. Eligible benefits for this temporary role include:
