Technical Project Manager, Irving TX L'Renee & Associates

We are looking to expand our team in Irving, Texas!
Project Managers at L’Renee & Associates (LRA) provide project management oversight, technical and mobile device support for both internal and external clients. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous improvement, the ability to manage multiple tasks and external stakeholders, while fostering healthy working relationships are required.
- Manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize competing needs in a fast-paced changing environment
- Provide project management and mobile device support services for stakeholders and end-users
- Perform project analysis and deliver progress reports
- Field incoming calls/emails
- Identify, manage and/or mitigate project risks and issues
- Document and report daily, weekly, and monthly project performance
- Manage assigned tasks according to the defined scope of the project
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Document processes and workflows
- Track project deliverables
- Mediate and resolve project conflicts
- Develop and coordinate scheduling with stakeholders and end-users
- Provide ongoing training and support for end-users
- Attend weekly team and operations meetings
- Travel in the field, as required to provide project support
- Other duties as assigned
- Desire to learn and master new systems, software, and equipment
- Ability to multitask and manage across overlapping projects
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications and project management tools (i.e., Gantt Charts, project management software, etc.)
- Proficient experience in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations
- Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
