Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Administer and support Solace Pub Sub platform for high availability and scalability
- Install, configure, and upgrade Solace instances
- Monitor broker health, message flows, and ensure optimal performance
Build & Deployment
- Design, implement, and maintain build and deployment processes for applications
- Perform installation/upgradation of middleware technologies
- Set up clustering/HA environments and trigger/monitor builds
- Ensure clean VTM and BCM runs prior to turnover
Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Solace-related incidents
- Troubleshoot issues such as message delays, loss, or connectivity problems
- Escalate issues to Level 3 support per defined procedure

- Ability to work with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solving and escalation handling
