We are seeking skilled Implementation Managers with expertise in payments (merchant acquiring), client engagement and communication, knowledge of FIS or Cybersource tools, project management skills, customer service, stakeholder management, onboarding, and technical acumen. This contingent resource assignment involves participating in initiatives, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing support in Change Implementation.

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Change Implementation.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Change Implementation assignments or challenges requiring research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information and support to client personnel in Change Implementation.

• 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
