SRE Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Proven experience in managing Windows and Linux servers.
• Proficiency in Power
  
  BI and Qlikview administration.
• Strong understanding of application onboarding, setups, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with App Dynamics, Autosys, and SSIS.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server administration.
• Experience in providing support on SFTP and troubleshooting related issues.
• Proficiency in Power Shell automation.
• Solid understanding of SSL certificates management.
• Familiarity with Proxy, DNS, and Load balancers.
• Experience in tracking vulnerable items and implementing remediation plans.
• Knowledge of Openshift.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Server Management:
  Manage Windows and Linux servers, including their lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• BI Administration:
  Handle Power
  
  BI and Qlikview administration, ensuring data availability and integrity.
• Vendor Application Support:
  Onboard vendor applications, handle setups, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Application Performance Monitoring:
  Utilize App Dynamics for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Automation and Orchestration:
  Implement Power Shell automation for various infrastructure tasks.
• MS SQL Server Administration:
  Apply knowledge of MS SQL Server administration for database management and support.
• SFTP Support:
  Provide support on SFTP and troubleshoot related issues.
• Security Management:
  Manage SSL certificates and track vulnerable items, implementing remediation plans.
• Network Knowledge:
  Manage Proxy, DNS, and Load Balancers for network management.
• Containerization:
  Demonstrate knowledge of Openshift for container orchestration.
• IT Service Management:
  Implement and adhere to IT Service Management principles for efficient service delivery.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 a year
