A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Database Engineer.

• Consult on complex initiatives involving large-scale database engineering planning and execution.
• Review and analyze multi-faceted, longer‑term database engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex issues by applying knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support medium‑to‑high profile projects related to database services, incremental change initiatives, and “run‑the‑bank” efforts focused on analytics and operational reporting.
• Work with the Microsoft technology stack, specifically Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Conduct moderate‑to‑complex partner technology engagements, including needs assessment, timeline management, expectation setting, deliverables tracking, and communication.
• Provide solutions aligned with data architecture and data services platform strategies.

• Experience in Database Engineering with emphasis on large‑scale, complex initiatives.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex technical and compliance‑driven challenges.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders on technology needs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Understanding of enterprise policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Pay Range: $60/hr to $65/hr
