Job Description
- Own and execute personalization roadmap to improve email customer experience and marketing KPIs through the use of 1:1 data-driven content
- Develop and manage business rules and logic for personalization tactics to ensure dynamic content is being displayed as expected
- Manage technical resources responsible for implementing personalization tactics by providing business requirements and creative assets, managing priorities and defining timelines
- Partner with channel owners and IT resources to manage data flows and Mar Tech system integrations necessary for data-driven personalization

- Email campaign development
- Proven marketing campaign optimization experience
A/B Testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio - Ampscript coding via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Email journey development
- Experience with Movable Ink
- Solid understanding of email analytics data for optimizing campaigns and for reporting A/B testing results
