As a Data Analyst, you will support data-driven decision making across the organization by building reports, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. You'll work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to measure performance, identify opportunities, and help optimize our customer acquisition and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Sigma Computing to track key business metrics including marketing performance, customer acquisition, and operational KPIs
  • Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform data from Snowflake to support ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting needs
  • Support marketing analytics by analyzing campaign performance across paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads) and organic acquisition sources
  • Conduct cohort analysis and customer segmentation to understand lifetime value, retention patterns, and payback periods
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly business reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical frameworks
  • Perform data quality checks and flag discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Document analytical processes, data definitions, and report logic
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
  • Support the analytics team on larger projects including attribution modeling and customer analytics initiatives
Requirements Basic Qualifications
  • B.S. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries involving joins, aggregations, window functions, and CTEs
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, e-commerce, or DTC industries
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics concepts (attribution, LTV, CAC, ROAS)
  • Experience working with advertising platform data (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Exposure to cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or Big Query
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing
  • Experience with GA4 or other web analytics platforms
  • Interest in developing skills in Python or R for data analysis
