• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and TIBCO
• Good knowledge of SOA concepts, WSDL, schemas, REST services.
• Good knowledge of TIBCO BW and introduction to TIBCO EMS.
• Good communication and Presentation skills

• Participate in requirements gathering and design meetings with clients.
• Understand the requirements, evaluate different solutions and recommend solution.
• Implement the solution in TIBCO BW. This includes Development, unit testing, integration testing etc.
• Work with other groups and co-ordinate with the offshore team.
• Work with application teams to help them implement the solution.
• Work closely with offshore teams in providing information and Tech Lead.
