Job DescriptionExperienced Senior Data Analyst with 12+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
- Develop and document KPIs, metrics, and data definitions.
- Support ad‑hoc analysis and executive‑level reporting.
- 12+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong expertise in SQL (advanced queries, joins, window functions, performance tuning).
- Experience with BI/Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.).
- Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, Teradata, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality.
