Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Calls
    • Small call center for 1 client, assisting the Sales Reps of the client with customer cases.
    • Work with the case owners regarding cases from the calls.
    • Maintain and create positive relationships with the Sales Reps.
    • Escalate issues as needed to management.
  • Material Create/Maintain
    • Setup 3PL materials based on documentation in Salesforce.
    • Maintain changes as requested in Salesforce case.
    • Troubleshoot batching issues.
    • Escalate issues as needed to management.
  • Data Governance Initiatives
    • Assist and ensure that all initiatives set out by Data Governance are met through current and new process implementation.
    • Develop and distribute documentation around all processes to be distributed and used by internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) Education/Training
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
Business Experience
  • Experience with data management and analytics tools such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft products a plus.
Critical Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
