We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Information Technology to lead and manage large-scale projects in a multi-hospital environment. This role requires strong expertise in healthcare IT systems, including OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant, as well as extensive project management experience. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and PMO methodologies.

• Determine user demands, establish work priorities, and plan, direct, and monitor project work
• Support Information Systems business planning requirements including budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning
• Maintain project issues and report progress on critical path items to management and steering teams
• Gather and evaluate information concerning user needs, estimate and schedule project activities and costs
• Coordinate and participate in analysis, design, and coding activities
• Ensure system changes are fully tested and users are trained and prepared for implementation
• Adhere to PMO methodology and processes to manage projects end-to-end
• Create and manage project scope, resources, and budgets
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate leadership competencies (Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders)

• Bachelor’s degree (proof of education required)
• Minimum 6 years of experience working on IT project teams, including requirements gathering and analysis activitie
• Extensive project management experience in healthcare IT environments
• Hands-on experience with OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant systems
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• PMP Certification (strongly preferred)
• Experience managing projects in a multi-hospital environment
• Familiarity with PMO methodologies and healthcare IT standards
