Position OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands‑on role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. The role manages the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms—including websites, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising—to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across diverse audiences.
This position will collaborate with internal teams and agency partners, oversee digital content development and analytics, and support sales and dealer networks with digital assets and tools. The ideal candidate blends creativity with analytic rigor, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, PPC, email, display advertising, social media, and content marketing
- Lead campaign planning and execution: kick‑off, timelines, stakeholder communication, and post‑campaign reporting
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and agencies to support product launches, promotions, events, and sales initiatives
- Manage and enhance company websites and digital platforms
- Create and publish engaging, optimized content across web and social platforms
- Develop blogs, newsletters, and digital content to educate and grow audiences
- Track and analyze web, social, and email performance using analytics platforms, CRMs, and advertising dashboards
- Provide actionable KPI reporting and recommend optimization strategies
- Conduct A/B testing to drive improved engagement and conversions
- Optimize user experience across digital funnels and touchpoints
- Support sales teams, dealers, and partners with digital tools and content
- Manage project timelines and budgets with strong execution discipline
- Partner with creative and external partners to ensure alignment with brand and strategy
- Support trade shows, product launches, events, and training campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing; B2B or building products experience preferred
- Proven success managing SEO/SEM, paid digital campaigns, email, and social media
- Strong content strategy, inbound marketing, and customer‑journey knowledge
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and communication skills
- Advanced analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities
- Demonstrated project management excellence in fast‑paced environments
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Word Press or similar CMS
- Experience with Workfront or other PM tools
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Meta Business Suite & Microsoft Office
