The Specialist - IT Application Support position is remote with access provided via DaaS. The candidate will support SAP BW systems and related reporting environments, ensuring reliable production support and data integration.
Key Responsibilities- Support SAP BW 7.x on HANA using Eclipse/HANA Studio
- Work with 7.x objects (ADSO, Composite Providers, Transformations, DTPs, Queries, Process Chains) and 3.x objects (Transfer/Update Rules)
- Read, debug, and adjust ABAP start/end routines in BW
- Provide support for MM, FI, and SD-centric reporting
- Use BEx Analyzer and Analysis for Office, support data handoff to Power BI
- Monitor data loads, troubleshoot issues, and manage transports/changes
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly in English
- 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with SAP BW 7.x on HANA
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in BEx tools and production support
- Good English communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services)
- Understanding of BW authorizations (RSECADMIN, org roles)
