Bilingual HR Onboarding Specialist

A leading HR service provider is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily operations focused on the new hire onboarding experience. This role ensures every incoming employee feels welcomed and set up for success through comprehensive coordination of pre-boarding and onboarding activities. You will assist with offboarding, maintain HRIS records, and provide front-line HR support. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish and have at least 3 years of relevant HR coordination experience.
