5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or HRBP roles, with significant recruiting depth Proven experience recruiting in a B2C marketplace and/or technology environment Strong sourcing skills and comfort recruiting hard-to-fill, competitive roles HRBP experience supporting B2C marketplace and/or technology teams, including performance management and coaching Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in a high-growth setting
