About 20% travel in this role (locally and to other states)

Insight Global is seeking a full life cycle recruiter for their client in the Construction Industry in Irving, Texas. This will start out as a contract position but looking to then bring this individual on as a permanent hire. This position will be handling on recruiting for internal placements, handling internal applicants, as well as outbound sourcing/recruiting. The Construction Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates in various roles within the construction industry.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, customer service qualities and have experience working in a high-volume environment. This role will be onsite in Irving, Texas, Monday - Friday.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience recruiting, plus if coming from the Construction Industry
  • Strong understanding of construction roles and industry requirements.
  • Proficiency utilizing Linked In, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Candidates:
    Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening Candidates:
    Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinating Interviews:
    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Reporting:
    Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Travel:
    Must travel locally and to other states to attend college career fairs.
