Job DescriptionAddison Group is hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist for one of our clients. This role supports core HR and payroll operations while serving as a key resource for employees and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, service‑driven, and experienced in handling multiple HR functions in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including distributing required documentation, liaising with brokers and vendors, and responding to employee benefit inquiries
- Prepare and distribute official employment‑related documents such as employment and income verification letters
- Guide newly hired employees through HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate electronic employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and attendance documentation
- Assist with planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, including securing budget approvals and coordinating activities
- Manage the full lifecycle of FMLA cases, including employee communication, status updates, documentation tracking, and manager coordination
- Handle workers’ compensation reporting by collecting necessary information, submitting claims, tracking case progress, and coordinating accommodations as needed
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries through the Human Resources shared inbox, providing timely responses or routing as appropriate
- Support employee relations matters by serving as the initial point of contact and partnering with senior HR leadership on investigations when necessary
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership on organization‑wide projects such as policy revisions, process enhancements, and training or development initiatives
- Administer biweekly payroll processing and deliver required reports to internal departments in accordance with established timelines
- Previous experience in a Human Resources, Payroll, or HR Operations role
- Working knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employment regulations
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
