Senior HRIS Analyst – Highgate

Location – Highgate Corporate Offices, Irving, TX
Overview – The Senior HRIS Analyst performs tasks to maintain the integrity and reliability of Highgate’s HCM system. This role includes routine maintenance of the HCM system and employee records, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, analyzing and reporting on data in the HCM solution, and providing support to end users. The analyst will also act as a subject‑matter expert and team lead, offering guidance to HRIS team members.
- Maintain the HCM system, including employee records, user access, organizational chart, workflows, positions, earnings, deductions, and accruals
- Review and troubleshoot daily issues and action items within production and testing environments; support end users
- Aid in implementation, business process enhancements, feature enhancements, and end‑to‑end testing
- Perform data transfer, mapping, and validation to ensure data quality
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation; collaborate with the training team to translate training for end users
- Work with vendors to develop data imports and exports; maintain and monitor recurring data feeds
- Manage audit and quality control processes to maintain data integrity and security of HRIS
- Participate on project teams for the conversion of acquisitions to ensure smooth transition to HCM
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
- Provide timely metrics, trends, turnover reports, data analysis, and graphical representations to management using HRIS, Excel, and other applications
- Offer guidance on best practices for system configuration to teammates
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or another related field
- 3‑5 years of experience maintaining HR business systems
- Experience maintaining a complete HCM solution
- Experience with Dayforce HCM
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong time‑management skills
- Great attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
