• Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle, creating a world-class experience
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume creation, interview techniques and emerging skills
• Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging tools and technologies, including in‑house AI tools, to identify the best talent for customer requirements
• Use AI‑generated insights to make data‑driven decisions throughout the recruitment process
• Leverage market expertise to advise account managers and clients on skill‑set availability, labor rates, hiring location decisions and timelines for talent onboarding
• Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for client needs
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge within the aligned skill‑specialization, industry specialization or role specialization

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associate’s Degree and at least 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience in a customer‑facing role
• Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships with others while maintaining high ethical standards
• Preference and ability to work in a team environment and relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
• Desire for a career in a commission‑driven, performance‑based environment where quickly and consistently identifying new opportunities is essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to seek out others’ perspectives by asking good questions
• Eagerness to learn and experiment to find the best possible solutions

Base Salary: $45,000 + COLA where applicable + weekly commission + performance‑based bonuses (quarterly and annually) + cell phone allowance.
13‑week training compensation: $16.50 per hour and eligible for overtime + COLA where applicable.
