This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for the success of your client portfolio. As a Client Success Manager at Koan Health, you will own the entire client relationship —from onboarding and configuration through long-term growth and strategic outcomes.

You will be the trusted advisor to value-based care organizations, helping them translate their goals into actionable strategies supported by Koan’s platform and services. You will drive adoption, solve problems, and build long-term partnerships based on measurable results.

• Serve as the primary advisor for our valued clients, fostering long-term relationships and guiding them to success with Koan Health solutions
• Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities, and coordinate internal resources to address them
• Share client feedback and market trends to inform product development and company strategy

• Translate client business objectives into actionable outcomes using Koan Health’s capabilities
• Act as the go-to expert on Koan Health's platform and services for your clients, providing guidance, answering questions, and leading client-facing training sessions as needed

• Manage the client project log from implementation through ongoing optimization
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely execution

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within healthcare, with a focus on health system CXOs
• A bachelor's degree in business, data science, healthcare administration, or related fields
• Strong understanding of value-based care, healthcare operations, and/or population health
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other analytics tools such as SQL, R, and Tableau

• Background in healthcare consulting, performance improvement, or client success
• Familiarity with healthcare data workflows such as claims data or EHR integrations
