Key Responsibilities
  • Provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Development, handling confidential and sensitive information and relieving the Executive of daily coordination and administrative responsibilities.
  • Serves as a project manager, providing leadership for special projects and strategic initiatives that require cross‑functional coordination.
  • Partners closely with the Talent Management & Development (TMD) leadership team to support enterprise‑wide programs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinates key TMD processes, communications, and timelines to ensure organizational readiness and flawless execution.
  • Manages logistics, materials, and scheduling for development programs, capability‑building sessions, workshops, and leadership events.
  • Supports data gathering, tracking, reporting, and documentation for talent reviews, development planning, and organizational health assessments.
  • Collaborates with HRBPs and People Strategy teams to streamline TMD workflows and enhance program visibility and effectiveness.
  • Coordinates activities between departments and external stakeholders. Plans and executes all aspects of leadership team on‑ and off‑site events, including logistics, room setup, materials, and refreshments.
  • Assists the SVP and project manager in communicating effectively inside and outside the organization, identifying tools and content that engage audiences and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proactively manages calendar(s) to ensure alignment with business priorities. Manages meeting cadence, content, logistics, agendas, action items, and deliverables.
  • Uses digital solutions and AI to streamline operations, enhance communication, and optimize executive support workflows.
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive‑level meetings and talent‑related initiatives.
  • Coordinates all domestic and international travel following policy guidelines.
  • Mentors administrative professionals across the organization and supports leader onboarding for systems and processes.
  • Manages expense reporting and compliance.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • 6+ years of advanced administrative support experience working with senior‑level executives.
Critical Skills
  • Resiliency with the ability to navigate competing priorities and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience applying analytical thinking, and organizational skills in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Fortune 500 experience and healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Proven project management skills, including event planning and coordination, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
