The Senior Health Services Associate is a key member of our Patient Contact Center team responsible for answering phone calls and facilitating communication with healthcare providers, patients, and internal stakeholders. This role also coordinates and schedules initial and refill shipments of patient medications.

• Hourly Rate: $18/hour
• Bonus:
  Eligible for an annual bonus of 5%

• Location Requirement:
  Candidate must reside within a 2‑hour driving distance of Irving, TX
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CT (30‑minute lunch break)

• Show initiative and take an enthusiastic, proactive approach to work
• Strong telephone skills
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide necessary information
• Contact patients and gather essential information for coordination of Transformation shipments
• Accurately and completely schedule medication deliveries
• Maintain patient records accurately and completely
• Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA and compliance standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities may be offered.
