Compensation: $15 to $17 per hour plus commission (uncapped earning potential)
Part-Time | 20 to 30 hours per week
Must be available for afternoon shifts (4:00 PM to 9:15 PM) and at least one weekend shift

Were seeking a driven, people-first Sales Associate whos passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others take the first step in their yoga journey. Youll be the face of the studio—welcoming guests, guiding them through our intro experience, and supporting their transition into full-time members. If youre energized by connecting with people, love talking about health and wellness, and arent afraid of picking up the phone, this could be your perfect role.

• Make 40 to 50 outbound calls daily to connect with leads, schedule intro classes, and follow up with prospects
• Greet every guest warmly, check in members, and ensure smooth studio operations during your shift
• Deliver compelling tours and conversations that highlight the value of Yoga Six memberships and class offerings
• Confidently handle objections and questions about pricing, schedules, and class types with empathy and clarity
• Track leads, update contact records, and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM system
• Collaborate with yoga teachers and studio leadership to create a consistent, member-first studio culture
• Contribute to community growth by participating in outreach events, wellness fairs, and member referral campaigns
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment

• You have previous sales experience, ideally in a fitness, wellness, or boutique studio setting
• Youre passionate about yoga and wellness—even if youre new to the practice, you believe in the power of movement
• Youre confident on the phone and can make high call volumes feel personal and effective
• You know how to build trust, ask the right questions, and guide someone toward a decision that benefits their wellbeing
• You stay positive and professional when addressing pricing objections or scheduling concerns
• Youre self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a performance-driven environment
• Youre a team player who supports your coworkers and loves being part of a community-focused studio

• Availability for afternoon shifts (4:00 PM to 9:15 PM) is highly preferred
• Morning shift availability (8:45 AM to 1:15 PM) is a plus
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift per week
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Irving, TX

• $15 to $17 per hour base pay plus uncapped commission
