Patient Care Coordinator – Full Time
Therapy Partners Group is hiring a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator for our Irving clinic.

ClassificationNon-Exempt
Qualifications- Medical clerical experience (3–5 years).
- Medical insurance verification experience required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Answer and address phone calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Ensure patients are scheduled appropriately and promptly.
- Admit patients to the facility following established policies and procedures.
- Assemble patient medical record forms and scan into EMR once completed.
- Accept patient payments and process them accurately.
- Prepare all bank deposits following facility cash controls.
- Run and maintain reports following established policies and procedures.
- Maintain and protect each patient’s right in compliance with HIPAA.
- Assist in ordering and stocking supplies.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the front office.
- Verify insurance properly and notify the patient via written and signed material.
- Obtain any required authorizations from insurances.
- Track insurance limitations, including visit limitations, monetary limitations, and acceptable charge limitations.
- Enter patient information into the computer system(s) accurately, effectively, and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with both the therapist and patient when approaching visit, monetary or charge limitations.
- Work closely with physician’s offices regarding treatment, necessary documentation (e.g., script for treatment and plan of care), and insurance requirements such as referrals/authorizations.
- Physically sit, converse, and listen; use hands to touch, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Equipment used: computer, scanner, multi-phone line system, copier, credit card terminal, printer.
- Software: EPIC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a medical office environment.
