Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating our customers and employees fairly and ethically, ensuring a safe, clean, inclusive environment, and providing accurate pricing. Deliver direct patient interventions and health services consistent with state and federal laws, while embodying our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required.
• Assist pharmacist in all duties that do not require professional judgment.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.
• Coach and train clerks and technicians.
• Compound medications per state and other regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information.
• Support non-dispensing services via various platforms and resources.
• Conduct CLIA-waived screenings according to state, federal law, and company policies.
• Offer additional health and wellness services permitted by regulations.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and health code guidelines, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure.

Desired Qualifications

• Any previous comparable experience.
• Any equivalent pharmacy technician experience.
