SummaryIn this role, you will support the Vizient Reserve Program by sustaining and expanding pharmacy and med‑surg program opportunities that meet client needs. You will coordinate with consultants, leadership, and subject matter experts to facilitate contracting, advisory, compliance, policy, and analytics services. You will gather and interpret client feedback, maintain program resources, monitor market changes, and enhance visibility and utilization of program offerings to drive value, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities- Capture and organize insights from voice of customer engagements to understand client requirements and strategic direction.
- Ensure clients understand where and how to access pharmacy program offerings and resources.
- Maintain relationships with peers and participants within the existing network.
- Recommend improvements to client satisfaction and engagement based on feedback.
- Monitor and update projects and contracts based on market changes and contribute to development of new initiatives.
- Align projects and contracts to client needs and market competitiveness, partnering with cross‑functional teams.
- Enhance tools and approaches that increase contract visibility and utilization.
- Develop and present business reviews and support executive reviews using standard templates.
- Maintain training materials for existing programs and deliver training to educate clients on pharmacy capabilities.
- Update reports based on market or program changes and assist with developing new analytics and reporting solutions.
- Grow and foster client participation.
- Pharmacy or Pharm
D Degree required. - 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Strong ability to synthesize client feedback into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of pharmacy and med‑surg market trends, policies, and contracting practices.
- Skilled in developing presentations, reports, and training materials.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support program growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in interpreting data to identify opportunities, trends, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel.
