Financial transparency, operational rigor, and cross‑functional collaboration are core to how we operate, particularly as we manage complex, multi‑site projects and significant capital investment.
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of project accounting including Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, and Operational Accounting.Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Prepare and maintain project financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Analyze project variances and provide recommendations for financial performance improvement.Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls for projects.Participate in project reviews and audits, providing necessary financial data and support.Coordinate with the procurement team and vendors to manage purchase orders and invoices.Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Contribute to the financial planning and strategy of the organization.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project accounting, preferably in the construction or engineering industries.Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, and Operational Accounting.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent analytical skills with an ability to dive deep into details without losing sight of the big picture.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations in the Energy industry.Join our team and play a pivotal role in steering the financial success of our projects.
