This is a full-time, on-site role located in Las Colinas. The Universal Banker will manage a variety of banking tasks, including assisting clients with deposits, withdrawals, and loan transactions. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and promoting appropriate banking products. In addition, this role will oversee cash handling, ensure transaction accuracy, and support daily branch operations to maintain efficiency and compliance with banking regulations.

• Must have branch banking experience.
• Proficiency in handling deposits and knowledge of loan processes
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist and retain clients
• Experience in cash handling and maintaining transaction accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions
• Attention to detail and ability to comply with regulations and operational procedures
• Previous banking or financial services experience is preferred but not required
• Availability to work on-site in Las Colinas.
