Key Responsibilities Review and approve or decline condominium and co-op projects for various investors Conduct detailed analysis of project documents, financials, and legal requirements Communicate project statuses and conditions to supervisors and sales teams
Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in condominium and co-op project underwriting Advanced knowledge of FHA, Conventional, and Jumbo loan program standards
Experience with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems Extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines High school diploma or equivalent
