Closing Coordinator

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Closing Coordinator opportunity with a national mortgage service provider.

This position is Hybrid Role 1 or 2 days a week in the office, then remote.

The Closing Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Review closing instructions and prepare Closing Disclosures/ALTA; audit loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and confirm closings with borrowers, agents, and attorneys to ensure timely transactions.
• Pre-balance loan files for funding and ensure compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
• Communicate professionally with all parties to confirm closing details and resolve issues.
• Serve as a primary contact for borrowers and support ongoing lender relationships.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 1–5 years of experience in real estate or mortgage closings.
• Working knowledge of title work, deed preparation, and closing processes.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Pay Rate Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
