Senior Financial Analyst - Hybrid - Irving

LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a manufacturing client. This role offers strong exposure to operational finance, forecasting, and decision support within a stable yet evolving business. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in financial modeling, planning, and analysis, paired with the ability to translate data into insights that influence leadership decisions. This position partners closely with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to support performance, growth initiatives, and capital investments.

• Develop and maintain financial models to project performance and assess trends, risks, and opportunities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for an assigned operating unit
• Perform detailed plan and forecast versus actual variance analysis with a focus on gap identification and resolution
• Evaluate capital investment proposals to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and return expectations
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and key performance metrics for leadership reporting
• Support month‑end close activities to ensure expenses are accurately captured and analyzed
• Analyze financial results, identify performance drivers, and recommend appropriate actions
• Partner with finance leadership to align operating unit goals with broader divisional and corporate strategies
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and maintain a strong control environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong financial statement modeling and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and clearly communicate insights to management
• High level of curiosity around profit drivers and operational performance
• Experience working with large ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience is a plus
