Payroll Specialist - Hybrid Schedule

Location:

Irving, Texas

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing team in a hybrid role based in Irving, TX. This position handles high-volume, multi-state, multi-location payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process payroll accurately and timely using Paycom (expert-level proficiency required)

+ Manage multi-state tax compliance, garnishments, and deductions

+ Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies

+ Prepare reports and support audits

+ Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations

Required Qualifications:

+ Advanced expertise in Paycom payroll system

+ Proven experience with high-volume, multi-state, multi-location payroll

+ Strong advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)

+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

+ Prior restaurant or hospitality industry payroll experience

Schedule:

Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office days in Irving, TX)

Requirements - Extensive experience in processing high-volume, multi-state payroll operations.

- Advanced proficiency in Paycom payroll systems.

- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and compliance regulations across multiple states.

- Expertise in Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.

- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Familiarity with payroll practices in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
