• Leads ETF sales initiative, identifies client needs and coordinates efforts to serve assigned intermediaries
• Follows up on client contacts calling on existing and potential clients
• Provides clients with investment performance updates as well as general client servicing
• Makes presentations to existing and prospective shareholders / clients
• Closes the sale of investment services to prospects and / or clients
• Originates new investor relationships
• Assists in developing and launching new Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) products
• Prepares presentations
• Conducts client meetings

• Eight or more years of investment sales experience with ETF products
• Excellent sales skills and in-depth ETF product knowledge
• Stature and experience to cover large / complex prospects and / or clients
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to high ethical standards
• Strong planning, organization, analytical and technical skills are required
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and work independently to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to drive key decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility for business travel that includes shareholder / prospect sales calls and attending investment conferences
• College degree in business administration or equivalent work experience required
• NASD license series 7 and 63 required; CIMA and / or CFA preferred
