** This role reports directly to the Controller in a high-growth pet care innovator, poised to transform how families access trusted pet services nationwide.

Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
** REQUIREMENTS:

* Education & Experience:

10+ years experience in treasury, finance, or related fields with progressive leadership responsibility

Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, instruments, and risk management Proficiency in treasury management systems and tools

Proficiency with financial modeling

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to navigate regulatory compliance standards
