On Trac is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support first, middle and final mile transportation operations for a rapidly growing package delivery company.

Location:
Hybrid 3x's week, Las Colinas TX

• Build financial analysis models driving operational decisions across the OnTrac network – working on cost out initiatives, long range plan and annual budgets.
• Automate existing models and tools to contribute to scale-up of the Transportation Network.
• Operations planning and cost planning for the Network.
• Weekly, monthly variance analysis & reporting.
• Evaluate and improve methodologies that are the core of our business models and tools.
• Collaborate with operations personnel to drive process, productivity improvements and cost savings initiatives.
• Manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reporting.
• Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups.
• Demonstrate excellent financial and quantitative skills.
• Communicate effectively and have strong presentation skills.
• Build strong working relationships and have exceptional leadership skills.
• Learn quickly and have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skillset, particularly Excel, SQL, data analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years experience in related field.
• Occasional travel as needed (
