Location
Dallas, TX (Onsite/Hybrid) or Las Vegas, NV (Remote) or anywhere in US (Remote).
Job ScheduleWork hours:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift between 7 am and 11 pm CT with flexibility to work weekends on rotation. Residents of Dallas and commutable distance to Dallas should be open to work 5 days in office.
Analyzes consumer credit applications to determine the credit worthiness of applicants within smaller markets and determines the risk level based on an evaluation and assessment of the Credit Bureau and other sources. Negotiates tiers and terms, reviews deal structure with dealers, develops and maintains a positive business relationship with the dealers, providing customer service and support regarding credit policy and the dealer's applicants.
Credit Analyst position assigned to entry-level regional assignment, non-Metro area, with cross-regional movement for growth and development.
- Evaluates credit applications based on information received from credit bureau reports and various other sources.
- Ensures decisions conform to credit guidelines and lending retail authority levels of a Credit Level I analyst at entry-level regional assignment, and makes credit decision recommendations to Credit Level II and Senior Analyst for credit approval. Authority level may progress based on demonstrated performance measurements.
- Processes and decides credit applications received and presented in LOS, decisions VRU, Funding, Transfer of Equity and Internet queues, dealer inbound phone calls and initiates outbound dealer calls.
- Develops and maintains business relationships with dealer personnel; interacts with dealers regarding lending decisions based on credit evaluations.
- Negotiates credit decision tiers and terms on applications, approvals and declines; utilizes scoring and credit analysis to administer a risk-based finance program.
- Maintains positive relationship with support staff and Field Service Managers to resolve credit and finance issues, supporting the Field team and Funding department by solving credit, finance, and compliance issues.
- Performs other related duties as necessary.
Required
Education and Years of ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance or related field with minimum of 2 years credit lending experience and 1 year secured credit buying experience (preferably automotive finance). Or Associate's degree in Finance or related field with minimum of 3 years credit lending experience and 1-2 years secured credit buying experience (preferably automotive finance). Or high-school diploma with minimum of 7 years credit lending experience and 2 years secured credit buying experience (preferably automotive finance).
ComputerSkills
Proficient in computer use to look up data or information, generate/print standard reports or spreadsheets, and use computer programs developed by others.

Salary Range: $56,776 - $87,510 per year.
