Primarily responsible for supporting the definition, design, programming, and implementation of reporting solutions for Mortgage Servicing. Review procedures and system documentation and make recommendations to improve system automation.

• You'll support and implement reporting solutions for Mortgage Servicing.
• You'll conduct in-depth analysis of operations data and provide detailed documentation.
• You'll assist with special projects as needed and work with business stakeholders, end-users, and business technologists.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or MIS and 3-5 years of directly related professional experience in Mortgage Servicing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
