The Chief Financial Officer, North Mark Compute and Cloud (NMC²) will serve as the strategic finance leader for NMC², a new and rapidly scaling Platform division of North Mark Strategies Group. This executive will be responsible for stabilizing initial finance operations, designing the long‑term financial architecture, and building a future‑ready, automated, insight‑driven finance ecosystem that supports enterprise value creation.

Reporting to the Platform CFO with a dotted line to the president of NMC², the CFO will ensure operational excellence today while architecting a multi‑year financial roadmap that enables scalable growth, operational agility, and investor‑grade performance. This leader will embed Finance deeply into NMC² strategy and decision‑making, while partnering closely with Platform Finance, Operational Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, and ERP/FIS to create a technology‑enabled, data‑rich, automation‑powered finance function from the ground up.

• Own & stand up end‑to‑end NMC² finance operations, architecting scalable processes that leverage automation, digital workflows, and standardized controls.
• Establish finance policies, governance models, and reporting structures aligned with investor, audit, and enterprise requirements.
• Drive Operational Accounting to design high‑volume, automated transaction processes (AP, capex).
• Own relationship with Corporate Accounting on close cycles, intercompany billings, recharges, and automated financial workflows—building toward a faster, more accurate, technology‑enabled close.
• Own HPC‑specific capex modeling, cluster lifecycle planning, and node/rack/cluster‑level economics into core finance architecture.

• Build and maintain the long‑term financial model, incorporating scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Own revenue models, customer profitability and monetization strategy across consumption‑based, reserved, and contracted HPC & Cloud Services.
• HPC unit economics & capacity modeling:
  Deep expertise in GPU/node‑hour economics, utilization, lifecycle modeling, and capacity planning aligned to workload demand, SLAs, and throughput.
• Ownership of Full‑stack infrastructure cost modeling:
  End‑to‑end modeling across silicon generations, power, networking fabric, storage, orchestration, and data movement.
• Advanced multi‑layer pricing strategy: Ownership of dynamic and forward pricing for compute, software, storage, and cloud/HPC services, tied to enterprise commitments and cost curves.
• Lead competitor and market landscape analysis, integrating data‑driven intelligence and automated benchmarking.
• Own strategic HPC‑scale capex optimization:
  Multi‑billion‑dollar capex planning across nodes, racks, pods, and clusters, including data center expansion sequencing and silicon transition strategy.
• Elastic & performance‑aware pricing:
  Pricing frameworks that integrate elastic capacity with performance engineering and infrastructure constraints.

• Implement foundational and next‑generation processes across P2P, R2R, capex/FA tracking, and intercompany, embedding automation and digital controls.
• Build cash flow forecasting and liquidity management with Treasury, leveraging automated pipelines and AI‑supported predictive models.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and automated management and financial reporting, with emphasis on data integrity and enterprise alignment.
